You obeyed God. The door stayed closed anyway. The system pushed back harder. And the people you went to help started blaming you for their pain.

Somewhere in that silence, a question forms: did God know what He was asking you to walk into?

Exodus 2 through 6 answers that question. Not with easy comfort. With covenant.

This week we watched a fugitive shepherd meet the I AM at a burning bush on an ordinary workday. We watched him go back to the place he ran from. We watched him obey completely and watch everything get worse. We watched him take his raw, unfiltered lament directly to God. And we watched God answer the why question with something bigger than an explanation: a name, and seven covenant declarations that don't depend on Pharaoh's cooperation, your perfect faith, or a pain-free path.

This Sunday Summation and Deepening gathers all five threads from this week into one place: the God who meets you in the ordinary, the answer to inadequacy that was never a credential, what God does with the ordinary thing already in your hand, why a hard beginning isn't evidence of a wrong call, and the sevenfold covenant whose guarantee is God's own unchanging name.

If you're kotzer ruach tonight, breathless, crushed, short of spirit, this one is for you. The I AM is already at the bush. And He hasn't finished what He started in you.

Incredibly healthy eater. They got a cancer anyway. They got cancer anyway.

SPEAKER_00

They didn't live in an industrial area. Maybe they didn't live right on top of a farm. They ate organic, they did everything. They got cancer anyway. You walked into the room that wasn't where it wasn't safe. You did everything God told you to do. And the thing that you were afraid of happening.

SPEAKER_02

It happened. The door stayed closed.

SPEAKER_00

The system pushed back harder. The people you went to help are now suffering more. And somewhere in the silence, the question is formal. Did God know what he was asking me to walk into? I mean, really, did God know? Did he know what he was asking me to walk into?

SPEAKER_02

Because I walked into it and it didn't work out. Exodus two. All the way through Exodus. It answers that question. Not with easy comfort.

SPEAKER_00

This week, we watched a fugitive shepherd meet the I am at a burning bush. We watched him go back to the place that he ran from. We watched him obey and watch things get worse. SPEAKER_02

This is the week's question for your heart. I mean, this is the week's question if you're honest. I mean, no point. Listening, if you're not gonna be honest.

SPEAKER_00

This is a question that only you can answer for you. What if God keeps his word in the hard place? Not around. What if God gave this word in the hard place?

SPEAKER_02

Not around the hard place. Not after the hard place. Right in the hard place. Look.

SPEAKER_00

I'm I'm glad to see you. I I've missed everybody. I've genuinely missed everybody. It was an amazing week. As many of you know, my son got married, and we had a house full of folks that man oh man do we ever miss. So we I live in a small house and was filled with love and joy and laughter, and we didn't speak their language, but we found a way. That was wonderful. And then my son and daughter-in-law drove away. The parents and sister left yesterday, and um which I absolutely love. Her dad and mom. Her amazing, and her sister's beautiful and sweet. But then my son and his wife, his new wife, left today. And that was a difficult day. There weren't nothing easy about that. So here we are back. We're gonna be back tomorrow morning, Lord willing. 7 a.m. And I'm gonna get after it. Now, I do want to tell you that um in the wee bit of of uh spare time that I've had, I will tell you that I I've edited hard the episodes uh that I have written thus far. And I will tell you that I'm I'm more committed, by the way, how's this sound? I didn't even I'm even more committed to uh to doing 20 minutes on uh Mondays through Fridays, and then we we go deeper a little bit longer on this one, but um yeah, I am committed to that. I just I've been thinking about it and praying about it, and it's the right thing. It's what I originally offered and advertised, and yeah. I love teaching the word, I love it. And sometimes I get I get so into uh doing what I'm doing and all of that that I forget, hey, you know, I've got to honor God if I say I'm gonna do something a certain way, I need to do it that certain way. So anyway, so shalom and welcome to True Word Faith for Life. I'm Dr. Sean. If you haven't figured that out. Uh this is our Sunday summation and deepening. And as you know, we've been away from the mic for a week. I think it's the longest I've ever been away. Six episodes. And if you've been if you've been waiting, I'm glad you stayed. I hope that you watched a bunch of episodes that you've not been able to see. There are 2,000 videos, I think. Almost 2,000. Thank you. Miss Colleen helped me set up. We uh we set up the the uh studio a little bit different, and uh I'm I'm uh I'm a I'm a fall hazard, so we have to that doesn't mean I'm afraid of autumn. Um I'm a trip trip and fall hazard. So uh we have to give myself a little bit more room and all that. So she helped me immensely, and we're all set. So I'm glad you stayed. If if you've if you're a person who said, hey man, I'm ready. And I see in the live chat we've got a bunch of people from a bunch of different places. If you haven't clicked on subscribe and the little bell on YouTube, I see most folks are listening on YouTube. We have some on uh Facebook. I would encourage you to go over to YouTube, true word faith for life with Dr. Sean, true word faith for life with Dr. Sean, S-H-A-W-N. And and click on subscribe and hit the little bell, even if you typically listen on Facebook. Facebook is the one that we have the hardest time with the connections. It's just uh their meta is is just real fussy. And hello to everybody we're streaming to. We're streaming to X, um, LinkedIn. I wish we could stream to Truth Social, but we can't, but we're streaming streaming to Instagram. Um yeah, we're streaming to a bunch of places, and um I I just appreciate it. Very much appreciate it. Appreciate you sharing these um when you know when you can. So, by the way, I have a book, True Word Faith for Life with Dr. Sean. That's Sean is spelled S-H-A-W-N. And um, I'd love for you to buy go to TrueWordfaithfullife.com, go up to the store, and you can also learn about Bible rebinding. I'm gonna have two more to show you in a bit. The last two uh that I'm gonna be sending. This is just one of them, isn't that cool? It's really cool. This is one of my ESV study Bibles, and um it is it is a big old Bible. And then I got another one here you might like. Isn't that beautiful? You can't really see the color, I don't guess. Green because my last name is green. Yeah, I got lots, lots of uh folks see them and they feel them, and you realize, whoa, this turns, even if you have a regular Bible, it it turns it into a premium, premium Bible. It'll last forever, I think. If you treat it, I have a whole Bible thing that I talk about. There's a whole episode on Bible and everything. Hey Lynette, how are you, sweetheart? That's my beloved Lynette. Green girl. Anyhow, um Lynette's listening on Facebook. So I'm glad that connection is working. So anyway, I have the book. You listen to the store, and on the click on the store, you'll see um the Moose Works Bible rebinding. Melissa's tremendous, does them all by hand. Um, they are all extraordinary. They really, really are. The video doesn't do it justice. I'll be doing a whole photo shoot um here coming up, and and um, she doesn't sponsor this. This is not something. Um hey Krim, how are you doing? Thank you so much for listening. Peace and blessings to you as well. Shalom alaikum. So, any either way, you buy, you don't have to. Bible rebinding, you don't have to do it. Look, it's not cheap. I'm not gonna, I'm not gonna kid you. It's not a bargain basement thing. If you want that, that exists. Uh, but this is not that. Melissa is an artist, and I'm telling you, wow. So, so this is where we slow down and we and we gather the the movement of the tech. And I have to tell you, um, I love doing this. I love the weeklies, and I love the summation. I really do. But one of the things, well, I shouldn't say I don't love it. I I'm frustrated by the movement on uh true wordfaithforlife.com, the blog. If you click on blog, we have a blog and a study guide, fully annotated and bibliography and footnotes, the whole deal. I'd love for you to go there and and check that out. So every week I do a detailed thing, and I spend probably I don't know, probably 20 hours writing it. And then um it takes a long time to make make it work on the website, and the website's free. We we pay for it, so you don't have to. Uh so listen, we need to pray for um Robbie. We'd love to hear. Remember, remember to contact me through Truewordfaithforlife.com. The click the contact button. I'd love to know how your surgery went and all of that. And also, uh, Miss Sheila, um you know, we need to pray for her, and we'll we'll explain that at a later date. But um, yeah, we need to pray for her. And they're all of you, and you you should know before every episode I pray for each and every one, whether you're listening live or on playback. So somebody asked me one time, when your head is turned like that, what are you looking at? I am looking at the live chat. If I could put it up on the screen in front of me, I would, but there's another big screen to the right of me. I just can't figure out how to do it. Um, but so I want to see what you write if I can. And um, as always, be respectful, be kind. Um, try not to hijack it. Um, my preference is that you your comments are related to the episode. I I've I'm a guest on several other um podcasts, and they're much bigger podcasts than than mine. And um, you know, there might be thousands of people that are listening live, and they're not I look at the look at the chat and they're not even talking about what we're talking about. So I don't get the point of that, to be honest. I really don't. Um I don't get the point. Anyway, I get the point. So anyhow, here we are. Um look, there's there are there are deep covenant connections, and we have to remember that. I hope this sound is coming through. The sound just went out on my end. I don't know why. There we go.

unknown

All right.

SPEAKER_00

What we we basically, not basically, we put the studio back together because this is in a bedroom and it's a small bedroom, and so everything was disconnected, and it's crazy.

unknown

Crazy.

SPEAKER_00

But Miss Cowling helped me get her done. I probably don't have it exactly right, but we'll keep working on it. So hopefully you can see me and hear me clearly. That that's what matters to me. I want to honor God and I want to honor your time. So here we go. It's um my goodness, it's uh I mean, what does faithful obedience look like in the real life? You're living real life. What does it look? I mean, I'm not talking about like show life. I'm talking about real. I'm not talking about the one like for y'all that go to church, you you that attend church on a regular, I'm not talking about what you present. I'm talking about the real, real life you're living. Somebody asked me, why did you write your book, by the way? True Word, Faith, Belief. Why did I write the book? I wrote the book really for the person who's who's really tired of religious confusion. And they're ready for the word of God to make sense in the real life that they're living, that you are living. I'd be honored if you'd buy it. No, it's not cheap, but it took a lot to make it. It is not. It's a hardback. It will last a very, very long time, if not forever, if you treat it right. Um, I don't know. I hope you like some of my photographies in it. So this past, not this past week, but the week before, we walked through Exodus 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6. And it's rarely like that in that order. But it was chronologically in that order. So day 55 asks, what if God see what if God sees you even when you can't see him? And day 56 asks, what if God meets you in the ordinary? The ordinary everyday life. And day fifty-seven asks, What's in your hand? Day 58 asked, What do you do when obedience makes things work? And day fifty-nine asks, when God says, I will. So together, these five teachings press one weight into us. God doesn't keep his word despite the hard place. He keeps it in the hard place. So, yeah, we've we've been off air for a week. And if you're joining us tonight, drop your name and where you're watching from. Oh, I'd love to know who's in the room. That would be awesome. And if you're listening on playback, I'd love for you to drop it in the comments. Um, I get analytics on this, but it's more fun to hear it from you guys. So, this week's movement, God didn't send Moses to a solved problem. So, we're gonna trace two weeks ago, the but the week of messages, we're gonna trace that arc before we go deeper. And it's I I mean, it's not really a summary, it's it's more of a map because these five chapters don't just tell one story, they tell the story of how God worked. It looks exactly like what many of us are living right now. Exodus two opens in bondage, Vermont. Robbie is from Vermont. That's awesome. That's beautiful. So Exodus II, I mean, there's the there's so much that's not fluffy. For people that I was gonna say folks, for people, folks who who don't believe scripture, they reject it. I, you know, they will frequently say, you know, well, it's a fairy tale. Well, no, it's not. You read various parts of not only the New Testament, not only the New Testament, the Old Testament, especially the Old Testament. Good evening, brother. Man, let me tell y'all something about 2B Continue 25. Joe Rao. Love that dude. I feel awful because the the wedding was essentially outside. And uh, oh, there's my sweet son. Oh, I don't want to cry. Don't make me cry. They're listening from the road. Well, it was hot as all get out. Uh, and it started a little bit late, and um and it and it went long. And so, but Joe, I asked Joe, I said, Your brother, if would you be willing to video it for us? Because he's good at that. He has a talent. It's his to be continued, um, to be continued 25. Follow his YouTube. It's it's really interesting, it's uplifting, it's fun. And uh, for people that that live in RVs too, or just travel, it's it's fun. He's been a lot of places, and Miss Sheryl and him. We have to pray for Miss Sherl. She got her surgery date 27 days, I think, 25 days, maybe, and count right. So, but he videoed it and it was hot as anything. But I really appreciate it, man. He was there, he but he just hung in, and I can't thank him enough. And I also have to publicly thank uh Missy and Rob and Dave and Jess and and um and Cindy and John and several others, uh, but uh Mr. Noel Norberto and Miss Uh Maria Elena, um, and and uh Valentina and Colleen, everybody they worked so hard, and oh man, they worked hard before, during, and after. But Missy took photos, I'm gonna put some up on the website, and I can't wait for you to see them. They're beautiful, and the video will be available. It's it's finished, but I gotta do some stuff. And but uh thank you so much, Joe. Joe is a servant's heart, that's what his goal in life is is to serve God and serve his people. And I'm I'm humble, and I'm so happy for my son and my daughter in law. She's precious, and um, we love her, we love her. That was a hard goodbye, man. It doesn't get any easier, I'm sure, but we want nothing but the deepest, most wonderful happiness for them. But we know if we We read, um, you know, we do day 60 tomorrow, and we know by day all the way up to 59 things. It's some tough stuff, man. That's some tough stuff up in the air. So people say they don't believe in the Bible. Well, read the Old Testament. It's not a fairy tale. It's rough stuff. And it's not, we don't put the scripture's not written to put everything in a favorable light to be real with. So, Exodus 2 or Shima 2 opens in bondage. And it ends with four verbs that become the engine of everything that follows. God heard the groaning. He heard it. God remembered the covenant. He saw the suffering. God knew. That's not casual observation from a distance. That's covenant attention turning into covenant action. The silence was an absence. It was God gathering himself toward movement. Let me pause one second. It is at 7 a.m. 7 a.m. Eastern Standard Time tomorrow, Monday through Friday. We're at 7 a.m. Um but we are uh Sundays at 6 30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Sorry if I wasn't clear on that. So Exodus 3 moves the action from heaven to a hillside. Shepherd doing ordinary work on an ordinary day. He turns aside to look at something strange. Something totally strange. Imagine. Seriously, imagine. Put yourself there. The bush is burning. It's on fire, but it's not being consumed. And then O She meet the I am. Not because he earned it. Not because he was seeking it, but because God had been watching and the time had come, and he had he chose a burning bush on a work day. God chose that. Burning bush on the work day. Make his move. Moses or Moshe turned aside. God called, and the order, the order matters. Attention before revelation. Exodus 4. It's powerful. It shows us the anatomy of the called person's objections. Now, the called person, are you a called person? I don't mean called to preach. You don't have to be called to preach. You don't have to be called to do what I do. You might be called the sing. You might be called to be a prayer. You might be called to be a vacuumer, a sweeper runner. A hoover, a hoover up the carpets and the hard floors. Maybe you're called to mop. Maybe you make good stuff. Let me tell you what, my daughter-in-law. She makes the best refire beans I've ever had in my life. And I'm praying that she texted out to me how to do it. Because I love it. Yum. We had oh, let me just tell you, this don't have nothing to do with today. They made us meals every day. Traditional Colombian meals. It's all healthy food, but the refried beans, I done lost my mind behind all them. Good lord. If they were here, I'd eat them right now. But they gone. So, are you a called person? I mean, Exodus 4 shows us the anatomy of a called person's objections. They won't believe me. I can't speak well enough. I'm not a good enough order. Please send somebody else. Three separate attempts to negotiate out of the call. God's answer to every objection isn't a prudential upgrade or a guarantee of smooth results. I'm an example of that. Right? God called me. I know it plain as day. Miss Colleen knows it plain as day. She knows. I'd been rejecting it since I was 16 years old, tried to do everything I could to make myself disqualified. And then at John and Cindy's house, where I'd been staying for four months, we were moving from one state to back, well, actually we lived in, ended up living in Pennsylvania and then Delaware. But in between, you know, they were so gracious to open their home. And one day there, I I just uh, you know, when I missed John's Saturday pancake, you know something is up. God had been working on me. I spent hours and hours and hours praying and studying the word and literally eight or more hours. So are you a calling person? Because it's God didn't upgrade me. I'm no better than I was before. I'm a real human being. Yes, I'm I'm a Bible nerd, but I'm ancient Near Eastern language, culture, and context nerd, sure. Absolutely. I got a bunch of sheepskin on the wall and in boxes, but I am no better than you. I am as filthy rag. This hasn't been smooth. I've traveled all over the country on my book tour and my sec my first book tour. I haven't done a book tour on my second book. I'd love to, but it hadn't all been smooth. This certainly doing this, not smooth. I don't know about your life. I don't know your life. Look, you become a person of faith. It doesn't guarantee that everything is gonna be easy. Not at all. It's the I wills get me every time. It's a present. I will. This is what God said. I will be with your mouth. I will be with you. That's the answer. It's still the answer. It will always be the answer. Exodus 5 gives us the part of the story nobody frames as a success. Nobody would. Let's be honest, nobody would. You wouldn't, I wouldn't. None of us would. None of us would. By the way, I just received a text. And uh one of the people that listened last week. Um so they listened last week. Wow. No. They listened last week, and when they tuned in, this has nothing to do with me, folks. Truly nothing to do with me. This is God working. It's ironic, the timing of it. They listened last week, and they said that they they started off as an atheist. Okay, 39 years old. Uh they were an atheist, and then they tuned in. They've been listening for a few weeks, but they're afraid to go in live chat. Listen, that's why I say we have such beautiful live chat. It's lovely people. And if you're ignorant, you're foul mouth, or any of that kind of thing, out you go. I don't suffer that mess at all. But anyway, it's a she. Um I'm just gonna say their first names because I just asked them that, but Andrew, I this is gonna crack you up. Andrew and Adriana. Or Adriana, I think that's nice there. Andrew and Adriana, can you imagine that? I don't know if they have children or whatever, but she and her husband listened, and he was one of the ones stirring up the uh the live chat. He was, you know, throwing flaming rocks in there because they were atheists. And over the course of several weeks, they've been listening, and they said that the tide started to turn for them. They didn't realize all that was in the Bible, and and I, you know, I've I have said so many times, look at if you think this is gonna be an easy path, wow. Ain't nothing gonna be easy about this path. If you're a follower of God, that's nothing easy. This is not an easy path. I always say prayer isn't asking for an easy journey, it's asking for a strong path. And so they listen to that, and they're saying that one of the prayers, they placed their faith in Christ. They didn't know what they were doing, but they went step by step, and then they did go to the blog. Good, good, good, good. I'm proud of that. I was just talking about how I'm so frustrated with that blog because people, the traffic just isn't there, and and I don't know how to promote it. So anyway, so they read that, go back and read that, and they went back and read and listened to other episodes, and they they said it together. They're holding hands when they said it. That's the only reason I do this. It's the only reason I do this. I say it's not easy. There's nothing easy about this. But I will tell you what, it's beautiful. I'm not kidding you. I fail God all the time. All the time. And I will tell you, I'll never regret it. I'll never regret placing my faith in Yeshua. Anyway, thought I'd share that with you. That's kind of cool. We don't usually get the other stories. And they are listening, they're transplants, they are from Massachusetts, I won't say the city, um, but now they live in Florida. That's cool. It's interesting. There's an awful lot of that going on. Anyway, so so Exodus 5, it gives us the part of the story. No, nobody frames as a success. Nobody will ever say this was a success. Moses obeyed fully. He went exactly where God sent him. He said exactly what God told him to say. And things got dramatically, not some, not some worse, dramatically worse. How do you know what your feeling is, God? Well, I would say this, by the way, Huya Marine, and um I'm thinking that is USMC, but maybe it's dirty ding US McGee, maybe. Maybe you aren't Marine or on a Marine. How do you know what you're feeling as God is what they're asking? And um, that's a good question. I mean, there's there's a lot of sauce in that one. Um and a lot of times, and I think a lot of times the reason people will ask that is because they say, look, I you know, I want to believe, but how in the world do I know? How would I know? How would I know what I'm hearing is God? God will show you. God will show you. He'll He will make Himself evident, powerfully evident. It is it is an amazing, amazing thing. And I can tell you that having doubts is not abnormal. I know many, many big-time pastors that go through a tough season and sometimes are like, man, am I just speaking into the air? I get that in there too. So I say, stick with God. Keep praying, keep studying his word. He will reveal himself to you. I'm telling you, it's crazy. And prayer's not asking for an easy journey, it's asking for a strong back. And and placing your faith in God, it is not an easy path. It is not. I'm telling you though, when you're in the will of God, there's no place better to be. By the way, I didn't mention this, but um wow, what a beautiful bride. Her whole family is like super, super handsome. Her dad's this handsome dude, and her mom is beautiful, and her sister's beautiful, and she's beautiful. Good land. Just beautiful. Missy, um, I haven't seen the professional photographer shots yet, but Missy Donwell Ought to be, she took a couple of pictures that just wow, wow, amazing. I'm gonna I was a photographer until I got hurt. I'm gonna tell you something. Epic, epic shot. Anyway, and they worked their tails off. Man oh man. They were amazing. Just amazing, they are amazing. So, look, more to things. Moses did what he was supposed to do. He answered the call, he did exactly as he was told, and things got so bad. They got so bad. It was crazy. And less straw, because back then you made bricks, you used straw. He said, make more bricks, and we're giving you less straw. No straw. And you know what? The people, God's people, they turned on Moses. And look, before we start throwing rock, I understand that. I get it. The people turn on Moses, and Moses is like, wait a second, I God, I did exactly what you told me, exactly how. But you know what? Moses didn't go on a social media account, he didn't go on Instagram or Facebook or X, he didn't do any of those. He didn't. He went straight to God. And we talked about how look, it's one thing when you're in a tough time to go to your friends. Lament to your friends, but who we need to turn to? That's God. Moses turned to God with a raw, honest lament, and that's what we need to do. And you know what? God didn't apologize. He didn't revise the plan, he didn't shorten the path. He spoke from the other side of it. Now you will see what I will do. And when we when we get a little further along, uh I'm gonna speak to something that I built a whole uh program on grief. Um I wrote it originally for uh Gold Star families, um, but then so many people have asked for it for them, and they're not gold star family, but they've said it's helped them. I I don't know, I don't sell it or anything, but uh living through grief on purpose. I do a workshop. Uh should be a three-day workshop typically, and it's intense, it's intense. And I talk about living through grief on purpose. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil. Walk through. You don't build a house. You don't build a house there, you go through it. God spoke to Moshe, Moses, from the other side. Now you will see what I will do. That sentence is still being spoken over people in hard beginnings right now. It might be your life. Exodus six. God answers the lament, not with a timeline, but with uh a deeper revelation of who he is. Adriana. Did I say Andriana? Adriana. It's Andrew and Adriana. I apologize. Thank I might have gotten that wrong. I hate getting people's names wrong. By the way, any of you out there um who are Spanish speaking, I am trying so hard to do the rolling of the R. That but correctly. So bad. I know it's weird. I've been trying it. Can't do it. Look, God answers the lament that Moshe went to him with, Moses went to him with. He didn't give him some new timeline. He said, Well, okay, this is how long it's going to take. But he went to he went to him, he answered with a deeper revelation of who he is. I appeared to your fathers as El Shaddai. But by my name, Yahweh, I did not make myself fully known to them. Then seven times I will, I will bring you out, I will deliver you, I will redeem you, I will take you as my people, I will be your God, I will bring you to the land, I will give it to you. Seven covenantal declarations anchored every time to the same four words. I am the Lord. His name is the guarantee of every word he ever speaks. God didn't send Moses to a solved problem. He sent Moses with a hardening system, and into a hardening system. He it was a tough situation. It was a burning promise. He sent him with a burning promise and a presence that wouldn't leave. That is still how God works today. He will not leave you nor forsake you. Holiness isn't about location, it's about presence. Here's the first deepening thread from the week. God isn't waiting for you to be in a holy place before he speaks. He makes the place holy by showing up. Moses was at work. He was working, he wasn't fasting, he wasn't in some deep prayer time in a tabernacle somewhere. He wasn't praying in any formal sense. He wasn't in any sort of sacred space. He was doing his job. And he had been on familiar ground that he'd walked for 40 years. By the way, he didn't smoke weed. It wasn't high. He wasn't, you know, tripping on acid. The bush burning didn't consume. And God called his name twice. That double name matters. Abraham, Abraham, Jacob, Jacob, Moses, Moses. When God doubles the name, he isn't making an announcement. He's making contact. He's saying, look, I see you specifically. I know you personally. I'm here for you in particular. And then God says, take off your sandal. The ground where you're standing is holy. Not the ground Moses traveled to find. He had no idea he was going to find holy ground. It's the ground where he was already standing, right there. At work in the wilderness, some of us were waiting for some better season, some better platform, a better version of ourselves before we expect God to show up. But the bush burns where you are. The question isn't whether the location is holy enough. The question is whether you'll turn aside to look. Moses made a choice. I will turn aside to see. And when God saw that, he turned and he called. Look, when God saw he turned, God called. Attention is an act of faith. Turning aside, it's an act of obedience. And God meets the person who turns. Are you going to turn toward him? The answer to inadequacy is present. I will be with you is always a bigger answer than you are enough. Here's the second deepening thread. God never answered Moses' question about qualification. Never did. You look forward to all you want. He didn't answer it. But what he did answer was the question underneath. Moses said, Who am I? God said, I will be with you. Moses said, They won't believe me. God said, Here are three signs, and I will be with your mouth. Moses said, I can't speak well enough. God said, Who made the human mouth? Is it not I? Moses said, Please send somebody else. And at that point, God's anger burned. Not because Moses was afraid. Fear is normal. Fear is honest. But because Moses was refusing after every objection had already been answered. There's a difference between honest fear and persistent refusal. God is patient with fear. He's never been impatient with your fear. What he is impatient with is he expects obedience after he's answered the objection. If you say, well, God, I can't do that. I'm not wealthy. And he provides for you a means. And you say, I can't go. I still can't go because, well, I don't hear well enough. And he provides you with hearing aids. Well, God, I can't, I can't do this or that because I can't see well enough. I just can't see well enough. And he provides a way for you to have glasses. But Lord, I'm in bad shape physically. And then he provides you free health care. Excellent free health care. And you say, well, but God, I'm I um I don't have many friends, and all of a sudden you're around a lot of people. Hi Mary, Mary, Mary. Good to see you. Thanks for listening. Sometimes it gets harder because Yahweh wants you to hand over control to him. You've been too comfortable running on your own strength. Well, he knows he is a better place for you to be comfortable in. And I will tell you this, and that's true, but more often than not, when God calls you, you are not going to be comfortable. But I tell you, I would rather be in his will than anywhere else. I am happiest when I'm in his will. But I tell you, when you're in his will, everything from the enemy will be coming after you. Everything. I kid you not. Everything. You'll be like, I'm doing so good. I thought I was, and then boom. Temptation. Look, the answer to inadequacy is never, I will make you more capable. Oh, you're inadequate? Let me give you more degrees. It doesn't make you more capable. It doesn't when you say I'm inadequate, more degrees. I'm inadequate. I don't have enough money. More money is not going to solve that. The answer is always, I will be with you. You're not asking the wrong question when you say, Who am I to do that? Who am I? Why in the world would you pick me? But I tell you what, the answer isn't a resume upgrade. It's a person, it's a presence, and that is God. He is the I am who shows up in ordinary places and he says, I will be with your mouth. That's enough. It has always been enough. What's in your hand? It was a rough week. Rough day of the week. God transforms the ordinary into the instrument of the extraordinary. It's the third deepening thread, and that's the most practical one of the week. God didn't give Moses some new equipment. He didn't, my son has fancy tools, and I have tool envy. Um I used to have good tools, but damn man, he's got nice tools. Power tools, hand tools, all the best. And I do like them. They're nice. They are nice. But, you know, I will tell you, I know some of the best carpenters. Um, I'll just say this. Uh Dean Larry, I love them. I've known them forever. Um, their son Christopher does, by the way, uh, I've spoken with Christopher, and I'm gonna be back on that podcast as a guest um coming up real soon. We're just trying to work out a date, and I'll be on that. Uh, one of his daily, he does two daily podcasts. I'll be on one of them. Anyway, so the point is is Larry is an amazing man. Uh, Christopher's dad is just an he and Larry are the most amazing people. Um, but Larry has a workshop, and I'm gonna tell you something. It's not fancy or big. I mean, it's like a closet. It's it's probably as big as my studio, probably a little less. And up until not that long ago, he he had just regular person tool. And he makes furniture, he makes gorgeous furniture. I mean, we're talking about really seriously ornate furniture. He makes things you're like, how? Not the tool. It's not the tools. And God didn't give Moses some bunch of new new Milwaukee tools. He asked what Moses, he asked about what Moses already had. What's that in your hand? A staff. I was gonna bring my cane in here, but I didn't. I done forgot. You just hold it up. It's just a piece of shaped wood. Helps him walk and bump along. The lambs, you know, when they're wandering off. The sheep are wandering a little bit. Boop, boop, boop, you pop them on their butt a little tiny, tiny, tiny bit. Come on now, come on, get over here. That's the way that's a cliff over there. You don't want it over there. Don't stay over here. Come on now. There's a regular ordinary shepherd staff. Nothing fancy. The most common object in his daily life. What do you have in your daily life? What is the most common object that you work with? Forty years of ordinary use. You imagine you carried the same stick for 40 years. And God said, throw it down. And Moses threw it, and it became a serpent. Now, that'd be trippy. Then God said, Pick it up. Listen, I know somebody real well that would say, Lord, if you have to strike me dead, I'm alright with that. I'm not picking up that snake. Mm-mm. Nope. Now I would. I would pick the snake up. I'm weird like that. But the lesson is deeper than fear or not fear. Threw it down, it became a serpent, regular object, serpent, living thing. Then he said, God said, pick it up. And it became the staff of God. The same object, surrendered. It's transformed into the instrument of deliverance. Now look, let me let me tell you something. I'm not gonna say her name. I'm not gonna say your name. But let me tell you something. There's a lady that sings. She does not have an incredible voice, being honest with you. Her voice is not incredible. But when she sings, I cry. When she sings, I'm brought into the presence of the Lord. Simple. No high production value. She doesn't put on. It's just. And you're ushered into the presence of God. The same object surrendered becomes transformed into the instrument of deliverance. How would your life change if you said, hey, I'm going to surrender my life to God? I'm going to surrender this area or that area. Listen, you don't keep special areas kept aside. Give it all. I surrender all. It's harder than it sounds, isn't it? Look, we spend enormous energy wishing for different gifts. Lord, give me different. We want different gifts, we want a different platform, a different story, a different season. God keeps asking the same question. What's in your hand right now? It's the skill you took for granted. If you talk to Larry, if you talk to Larry Brock and you ask him, well, how do you do it, man? I've been in several of his homes. His homes are stunning. But the most stunning thing about his homes, I and D's homes, which Dee keeps such a stunning home. They are literally the best. If Dee and Larry ever ask you to come for anything at their house, any place where they live, go. If if they talk about, come on over, we're going to have dinner, we're going to have lunch, I don't care if it's a snack, go. She makes everything into an event. It's it's amazing. But I'm gonna tell you this. You look around Dean Larry's house and you see all the ornate woodwork, and you say, Miss Cumming, you can you can attest. Because you've been there. It's and and and uh my son can too. It's just stunning. You think there's no there's no way you made that downstairs in a little tiny cubby with just regular everyday tools. But he does. What skill have you taken for granted that God gave you? You say, well, I'm not great at it. Okay, he didn't ask you to be great at it, he just asked you to surrender to his will, surrender to his service, to service of his people. It's the ordinary life you've been living in front of ordinary people. The voice you think is too limited. The story that you've been ashamed of, offer it. Throw it down, let God transform it, let God decide what it becomes. Now, come to the hard beginning is an evidence of a wrong call. The bigger the resistance, the clearer the deliverance. The fourth deepening thread is the one I want to slow down a little bit on. I have to speed up in a way, but I gotta slow down in a way. Because Exodus 5 is the chapter nobody puts on a motivation. Nobody, look, nobody's making a motivational poster to put up on your wall with Exodus 5 on. Tell you right now. Nobody doing it. But I'm gonna tell you something else. It may just be describing your life right now. Moses obeyed fully. He went to Pharaoh. He said exactly what God told him to say. He didn't add to it, he didn't soften it, he didn't negotiate it, he obeyed completely, and things got so much worse, not a little worse, dramatically worse, publicly worse, painfully worse, more labor, more straw, or no straw. The foreman beaten, the people humiliated, and then they turn on Moses. You've made us stink in the sight of Pharaoh. The Lord judge between you and us. It's a brutal moment. It's just brutal. You obeyed God, and the people you were sent to help. They're now blaming you for their pain, and Moses took it to God. As I said a few minutes ago, he didn't take it to social media. Not to the people, not to some strategy session, to God. The one and only. Lord, why have you done this evil? Why have you done evil to this people? Why did you send me? You think, well, God won't. That's what we're bad at me. This is raw, it's real, it's honest, it's unfiltered. And I'm gonna tell you something. It's not a lack of faith, it's not faithlessness. It is a man who knows where to take the hardest thing. Listen, lament directed at God is prayer. You understand that? Lament, you might want to write that down. Lament directed at God is prayer. Keep your pen handy. Lament directed at people is discouragement. Lament directed at people is discouragement. Listen, lament directed at God is prayer. But when you when you turn your lament and you spew it onto a bunch of people, that's downright discouragement. Moses chose right, chose to put it before God. And Exodus 6 is God's answer. It's not an apology, it's not a revision, it's not some shorter, easier road. It's a deeper revelation of his name. And seven I wills that have never been revoked. Listen, it's never been revoked. He's made those promises to Moses. He's made them to you. Here's the deepening truth. A hard beginning doesn't mean you misheard the call. How did I get it wrong? Did I am I doing the wrong thing? Listen, I will tell you in how many years? Four? Miss Colleen, how long am I doing this? Four over four years? Oh, much love, Alex. Alex Grady608. Oh, God bless you, man. Thank you, brother. Much love for all my brothers and sisters in Christ. Yeshua. Amen. Amen. God bless you. Same right to you, bruh. So it's been years we've been doing this. And I think we got our first check ever. $100.14 for four years of work. Yeah. Minus tax. There are many times. Am I doing this thing wrong? All along the way. Am I doing this thing wrong? Did I not hear right? I could swear the Lord told me that. I've been praying and praying and praying. I didn't do it to get rich. I didn't do it for any of those reasons. I just wanted it to be self-sustaining. You know, I don't think that's unreasonable. A hard beginning doesn't mean you misheard what God called you to do. Or what God called you to be. It often means what God is doing is big enough to require the resistance. We used to say in the Navy, when you're taking on flak, you know you're over the target. Pharaoh hardening doesn't mean God is losing. It means God is setting up a deliverance so undeniable that no one will be able to explain it away. Bigger the opposition, the louder the name of the one who breaks it. The deeper the bondage, the more clearly the freedom will be recognized as his work alone. When God is in it many times, you it you can't explain it. You say, Man, I do not know how to explain this. It's okay. It's okay. People, regular ordinary people in your life, they'll look at you and go, I don't know what just happened. Then you just smile and say, I do. It's all about God. Look, if you're in Exodus 5 right now, I want to say this as humbly and clearly as I can. Don't quit. Don't quit. Don't conclude you misheard. Don't take the lament to the people around you before you take it to God. Bring it to the right place. God, Moses did that. And the answer he got was, now you will see what I will do. That sentence is yours tonight. It's already in motion. No matter where you are, no matter where you are right now, no matter what your circumstance is, bring it to God. Moses did that, and the answer he got was, now you're going to see what I will do. That sentence is yours. It's already in motion in God's economy, even when it's invisible in yours. While the seven I wills and the name behind them, his name is the guarantee of every promise he makes. The fifth and final deepening. This thread is the theological center of the entire week. And it stopped us in our track. When God answered Moses' lament in Exodus 6, he didn't produce a revised timeline. He produced a deeper revelation of who he is. But the fullness of the covenant name is being unveiled. Not to people in comfort. They weren't in comfort, they were in bondage, they were oppressed. And it was revealed to a leader in lament to a generation in crisis. Into the foundation of our faith. The revelation of God deepens in the hard place. What you come to know about him in the hard chapter cannot be learned any other way. Now I'm going to say this. Y'all are going to think I'm crazy, but I'm not crazy. Miss Colleen, you can say amen if you want to. We had a person that took advantage of me who shouldn't have. And she did and left my place destroyed. We had to sell it. We could not afford to remain. We would have loved to, but there's just no way. Had to go. For several reasons. The fact of the matter of it is we worked and we worked and we worked and we worked. We were dirty and we were tired and we were facing a blizzard. We're talking about an Ohio lake effect blizzard, middle of the And we stopped off at Marysville Vineyard. Vineyard of Marysville, I think it's called out. God met us at the hard place. I could swear he said, pull in here. I'm I'm not kidding you, not in a loud voice that's not where Colleen could hear. But I'm gonna tell you. Sure as anything I heard it in my head. Pull in here. Next to a lecture store, a little tiny church. We asked that dear lady. Beautiful smile. She said she was unloading her pastel of kids out of her van. What's going on here? I said, is it a wedding? Oh no, we're doing church. Just like that, she said. We're doing church. On Saturday. Yeah, yeah. Come on in. Oh no, we're dirty, and we've got on work clothes and we're dirty. We've been working all day and that nasty mess, and and uh we're headed home. We got to get all the way to Medina. And big snow is forecast, by the way. We drove in it. It was horrific. But God carried us through, and we went to that service, and I thought we'd be in, we'd be out. We're loved on by amazing people. God met us right where we were. He gave to us what we didn't know we needed. We were in a hard place. We couldn't have learned more about him any other way. I'm telling you, it's not an easy journey. But I wouldn't trade any of the hard lessons for anything. I will bring you out. The seven times he says, I will, I will bring you out from under the burdens of Egypt. I will deliver you from slavery. I will redeem you with an outstretched arm. I will take you to be my people. I will be your God. I will bring you into the land I swore to give to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. I will give it to you for a possession. Seven I wills, not seven I hopes, not seven eye plans, not seven I'll try if things cooperate. No, I will, each one anchored in the same declaration, I am the Lord. The promise is only as reliable as the one who makes it, and he is the I am, he is the El Shaddai, He is the Y. His name is the guarantee. And Moses took the message back to the people, and they couldn't hear it. They couldn't hear it. He couldn't. Short of breath. Crushed. Slavery had gone on so long that even the promise couldn't get through. God didn't revoke the seven I wills, he kept working. The promise remained in force for the people who were too broken to hear it. I don't know. Your life. But I know this. Some out there are hurting. Listen, listen to God. Take it to God. He's never revoked any of his covenant. What God has promised doesn't depend on your ability to receive it on your worst day. Depends on his name. That's why it's so reliable. His name doesn't change. That's why it's so reliable. I want you to write this down. God keeps his word in the hard place, not only after it. Let's pull the whole week together. We got to go places here. Exodus 2 through 6 shows us that God, the God of covenant, doesn't avoid the hard place. He sees it. He hears it. And listen, in a minute, I'm going to give you a chance to change your eternity. Not just your life, but your eternity. Hang in there. God doesn't avoid the hard place. He won't avoid it in yours. He hears it in your life. The hard places in your life, he hears it. The hard places, he speaks into it. He'll meet you in it. He keeps his promises through it. He meets Moses at a burning bush on an ordinary work day. He answers inadequacy with present. He transforms ordinary instruments into tools of deliverance. He allows the hard beginning and speaks from the other side. The other side of the pain, the other side of the sorrow, the other side of the struggle. He speaks from that other side. He answers the lament with a deeper revelation of his name. He keeps working for the breathless people who can't hear him. This isn't sentiment. This is covenant theology working in real time. Take a breath. Because this is deeply Hebrew. The God who is making himself known in Exodus. As he goes, he knows who he is because that's who he's always been. He's revealing who he has always been. El Shaddai. Yah. I am the one who hears groans, the one who remembers covenants, the one who says I will seven times. He means every one. Your hidden fear, your ordinary offering, your hard beginning, your lament, your breathlessness. None of it is outside this story. All of it is being held by the one who says I am and I will. Jesus the Messiah. Jesus Christ. Moses was drawn out. He was drawn out of the water as an infant to become the deliverer. To become a deliverer. Yeshua is the greater Moses. Jesus is the greater Moses, the one who goes into the water of death and comes out the other side in resurrection to deliver permanently, eternally, completely. It is accomplished.

SPEAKER_02

The burning book.

SPEAKER_00

Fire that doesn't consume. Points to the one who is both light and life. The I am of the bushes. The I am who said before Abraham was I am. The covenant name. The covenant name isn't only history. It walked among us. It touched the untouchable. It wept at a tomb. It bled on a cross. The staff that became a serpent, then a staff again. Life through apparent death is a shadow of the cross. What looked like total defeat became the instrument of the greatest deliverance in the history of the world. The seven I wills of Exodus 6, they have a body. His name is Jesus. His name is Yeshua. I will bring you out. He carried our bondage on his back up a hill called Golgotha. I will redeem you. His blood is the redemption price paid in full once and for all. I will take you as my people. He made a people from every tribe and every tongue who were not a people. I will be your God, Emmanuel, God with us, God in us, God for us forever. And the breathless people that couldn't hear the promise, he came for them too. A bruised reed he will not break, a smoldering wick he will not snuff out. He works even when you can't hear. He finishes what he starts. Listen, the hard place is not out of his reach. Yeshua went to the hardest place of all, death itself, and he came out on the other side. So the I wills are guaranteed, not by your strength, thank God, not by my strength, not by your or my ability to receive them on our best day, but by resurrection, by his resurrection. Oh come on. Come on. Five moves. Listen, I've got five moves for you for the coming week. What does obedience look like after this week? First, turn aside. Turn aside. Slow down enough to notice where God might be speaking in the ordinary in your life. Not just in the dramatic moments. Not just in the fancy stuff. Not just in the big events, the small stuff, the ordinary workday. God is in the workday. God is in the commute. God is in the meal. The conversation you almost rushed past, turned aside. Look longer. God meets the person who turns. Listen, you might be thinking to yourself, I don't have time. I'm so tired. I want to study the Bible, but I'm so tired. Listen, take your Bible, stand up, turn on all the lights, and walk around. Don't sit in a chair, don't lay in the bed. If you're so tired that you're going to fall asleep, walk around, hold the Bible in your hand. Read his word. Read his word. If you're capable of walking, if you're in a chair, ride around in your chair, turn the lights on. Read his word. Put it in your ear. If you can't, if you can't physically, can't physically read, put it on a on a on an audio. Listen to his word. If there's somebody in your house, have them read it to you if you can't read it. Stop making excuses. There's no excuse. Stop answering God's call to presence with a list of insufficiencies. He hasn't asked for your resume. He never once asked for listen, I spent years and so many thousands of dollars. Amen, Ms. Colleen. Years studying, writing papers until two or three o'clock in the morning, knowing full well I got to get up at five in the morning because I got a two-hour ride to get to the job. And then it's going to be eight, ten hours of working and hard, dangerous work, and then driving two hours home like barely walk. Praying, God, don't let me fall asleep on the way home. And I've never been, I've never said, oh, I'm so glad I went to sleep instead of studying the word. I'm not talking about a two-hour study. I'm talking about spend 10 minutes, 10 minutes reading his word, studying his word, praying, God, show me, show me. I've never ever regretted that. Never, not one time. In fact, I will tell you. Many times it hasn't been an easy journey, studying and reading. But in those hardest times, they were the best. Listen, he didn't ask for your resume. I spent all that time and all that money open up this resume. He never once asked for that. He asked for my yes. He's asking for your yes. Say, here am I. Here am I. I'm present. I'm available. I'm listening. Third, name what's in your hand and throw it down. What ordinary thing are you holding on to? What are you holding on to that you haven't offered yet? Name it out loud this week. Then offer it. Let God decide what becomes. Let God decide what it becomes. That ordinary, regular old staff. What will it become when you surrender it to Him? Fourth, if you're in a hard beginning, take the lament to God. Take the lament to God before you take it to people, before you take it to social media, before you take it to people who don't understand your calling, they never will. Why? Because they didn't receive that calling. The calling is for you. Don't quit. Don't conclude that you miss her because it's difficult. Don't conclude that you miss her because people are not listening or they're making fun. Don't conclude that somehow or another this wasn't for you because it's difficult. God answered Moses' lament, and he will answer your word. Hello, Sean. Good afternoon, brother. Thank you so much for listening. Thank you to you all. God bless you. Share this with at least one person. Come on, that's easy peasy. Takes two seconds. Tell them about Monday through Friday, and I've committed hardcore. 20 minutes of teaching. Fifth, receive one of the seven I wills as a covenant word for your life this week. I'm not talking about a feeling. I'm talking about a covenant fact. I'm not talking about emotion. Emotions lie. I'm talking about a covenant fact. God doesn't break his covenants. He's not broken one. He won't broken. He won't break one now. He never will. I will bring you out, he said. I will redeem you, he said. I will be your God. Pick one. Write it down. Carry it. Speak it when Pharaoh gets loud. Tonight I have for you a challenge and a choice. The hard places where the covenant becomes most real. Here's the challenge this week. I have questions. Let them search you. Don't rush them. Take them seriously. Hello, Nicole. God bless you. God bless you. Why I have missed all of y'all. Listen. I have questions here. They're real. Let them search you. Let them search you. Let them simmer. Don't don't fluff them up. And certainly don't hurry them. Where? You ready? Ask yourself. Write these down. Where am I waiting for a holier location before I expect God to show up? Listen, I love fancy churches. I love beautiful sanctuaries. I one of the things I love, the Catholic Church, and the much older temples and synagogues are stunningly beautiful. Not because they're to brag, but the thought was as we build what would honor God. And I get it. The stained glass, the sculpture, the paintings, the ornate woodwork. The large altar. Doesn't require that place. Which objection, this is question two, write these down. Which objection have I been repeating past the point where he's already answered it, folks? If God, you've already made the objection and God has already said, here's your answer, my child, here's your answer. Stop objecting over and over and over. God has answered it. He's already answered it. What ordinary thing? What ordinary thing is in your hand that you haven't thrown down yet? Is there lament that I've been taking to people to social media instead of to God? Well, why doesn't God answer my prayers because you're not praying? A post on social media, people say, I used to love this all the time. Well, I'm done with Trump. I'm done with him because I've supported him bigger than anybody else. I supported him. I went to all of his rallies. Well, I went to four of them. I went to three of them, really. I watched some of them on TV. But I went to the rally, I stood in that heat. I really supported him. I'm his big a supporter. And then does one thing you don't like. Boop, I'm done with him. That's it. Or whatever politician or whatever, whoever. They do one thing you don't like, boom, they're gone. They do that on social media. Don't do that. Your lament and be real. Listen, you could be in a struggle of your life. Don't take it to social media. I get it. It's easy. You get likes back. Those aren't answers to prayer. That's not God hearing you. Pray. Well, God will hear me when I type it out. Talk to God. Set the time aside. Set the moment aside and talk to God about it. He can handle it. You're not going to blow him away. Be respectful. You go and listen on YouTube. I've got a thing where I teach you to pray. I go back to the Lord's Prayer and I explain to you what each thing means and why. And why Jesus taught that way. It's all free. It's on YouTube. True Word of Faithful Life with Dr. Sean. S-H-J-W-N. Which of the seven I wills do I need? Listen, this is the last one. Write it down. Which of the seven I wills do I most need to receive as covenant truth today? Well, challenge. And with every challenge, well, there's a choice. So here's your choice. Here are your choices, I should say. Will you keep waiting for a better location or will you turn aside right where you are? Right where you are. Will you stop looking for some fancy pants circumstance that ain't coming, sister or brother? It ain't coming. Do it where you are. Bloom where you're planted. Will you keep listing what you can't do? I did that. I did it over and over and over and over. Or will you let the I am be enough? Will you keep holding the staff? Or will you throw it down and watch what God does with ordinary things? Surrender to Him. Come on, somebody. Somebody out there is there right now. Will you let the hard beginning become bitterness? Or will you take it to God and wait for the Exodus sixth end? Will you let Pharaoh's voice be louder than the seven eye wills? Or will you anchor to the name who doesn't change? The hard place isn't where God has left you. He didn't leave you there. It's where he makes himself most fully known. Turn aside. Say he na ni. Here I am. I'm present. I'm ready. Throw that thing down that you've been hanging on to. Throw it down. Take the lament directly to God. Receive the I will. The I am is already at the book. Prayer isn't asking for an easy journey. It's asking for a strong back. Let's pray. Heavenly Father. Thank you for the burning bushes in the ordinary place. Thank you that you don't wait for us to be in the right location before you speak to us. Thank you that the answer to To who am I as always been? I am with me. You are with me. I can't thank you enough. Forgive us for the objections that we've been throwing in front. We've been repeating them past the point where you've already answered. Please forgive us for holding on to the staff instead of offering it to you. Forgive us for taking our laments to people or social media instead of to you. Forgive us for letting Pharaoh's voice drown out the seven I will. For everyone in a hard beginning tonight, I ask that you tell them clearly, I haven't lost the plot. Now you will see what I will do. For everyone breathless, Kutzerwa, crushed and short of spirit, I pray that you would keep working on their behalf. I ask that you give them one breath, then another, one step, then another. And for everyone ready to turn aside tonight, burn the book, set it aflame. Speak the name. Let ordinary ground become holy ground. I pray this in Yeshua, your matchless sons, holy name. Amen. Listen. I don't know how to say it plainer. If tonight you realize that the deepest issue you're dealing with right now isn't a strategy, a staff, or some hard chapter. The deepest thing is dealing with the condition of your heart before God. This is where you come home. This is where you come home. You don't have to be in a holy place. Moses wasn't in a holy place, he was in the workplace. You don't have to have the right words, he didn't have the right words. Israel groaned, and that was enough. You don't have to clean yourself up first. Come just as you are. God will help you do the changes. Yeshua came for the breathless, the breathless, the falling, the failing, the fugitive. He came for the Kutzeruach. The Khutzeruach. He came for the person who obeyed and watched things fall apart. He came for you. He is the I am who became flesh. He died for sin. He was buried and he rose again. Every I will of Exodus 6. Well, it has a body, and it has a name. And his name is Jesus. His name is Yeshua. And he's speaking directly to you right now. I want you to pray this with me. Don't put it off another second. You've put it off long enough, enough already. Enough with the procrastination and the fear. Pray this with me, Yeshua. I need you. I believe you died for me and you rose from the grave. I surrender my life to you today. Forgive me. Fill me. Lead me. I'm yours. Amen. Look, if you just prayed that prayer, you say, wow, that wasn't much to that. Oh, there was a lot to it. There was a lot to it. If you just prayed that prayer, welcome. You're in the family. Every one of those seven I wills just became yours. I will take you as my people. Will be your God. That's not a feeling. That's a covenant. And he means every word. Look, if you have questions, I know you probably do. If you have questions, go to true wordfaith for life.com slash contact or on the contact on the contact button up at the top or over on the right, you'll see the little thing. You leave me a voicemail if you want. It's free. I pay for it so you don't have to. The contact me thing, if you want to be more elaborate, do that. I'm all for it. You let us know you placed your faith in Christ. I will help you anyway. If you have questions, send me the questions. We want to walk with you from here. Listen, if you have prayer requests, I'm happy to help you. Oh, Tammy, I'm so good, so glad, so glad to be back. I'm so glad y'all are here. Look, I want to walk with you and help you every step of the way. You're not alone. Just reach out. Take a deep breath. I want you to hear this fully. You ready? Every other distraction that you're you're you've been fighting, put it completely out of the way. I want you to hear this. I've been away from the mic for a week. But the bush kept burning. The IM didn't pause while we were silent. He kept working for the breath. He kept tracking covenant lines. He kept saying, I will over the people who couldn't hear it. That is who he is. He doesn't need the mic to be on to keep his word. The bush is burning in the ordinary place that you've been walking past. The I am is calling your name twice. Not because you found the holy location, but it's because the ground, well, he makes the ground holy when he shows up. Look, the staff in your hand, it isn't too ordinary. It's exactly what he asked for. Throw it down. Watch what the I am. Watch what God does with ordinary things. Surrender to Him. And look, if it's gotten harder since you obeyed, you didn't misread the call. You're in the part of the story that comes before the deliverance. The hard chapter has a next chapter. Now you will see what he will do. When you can't hear the promise, when the crushing has gone on so long, your Kutzerulak, the breathless. Well, he keeps working for the breathless. His I will doesn't wait for you to feel it. It waits for him to fulfill it. And he always does. Well, Moses stood at a burning bush. God kept every word he, every word he spoke there, he kept his word all the way to the sea that opened, all the way to the water in the wilderness, all the way to the edge of the promised land, all the way to the Lion of Judah, all the way to an empty tomb. The I am. He doesn't leave words unfinished. And he hasn't finished yours yet. Turn aside, take your sandals off. Say, Here I am. Throw down what's in your hand. Bring the lament to the right place to God. Receive the I will. Take the next faithful step. Not because you can see the whole road. You very rarely ever can. But because you know the one whose name is the guarantee. Thank God. Look, if this message met you somewhere real, send it to one person. I'm not asking you to send it to a million. It's easy to copy, send the clip to your following. Maybe there's a person you're thinking of, send it to them. It's easy and it's free. I can't imagine what stopped. People need to hear that the I am is still speaking. Someone who's in a hard beginning, wondering if maybe they misheard God. Somebody who's holding the staff and they're afraid to throw it down. Someone who's breathless and can't hear the promise right now. Someone who needs the seven eye whales more than they need some explanation. Send it tonight. I'm going to pray. This is called the priestly blessing. I'm going to say it first in Hebrew, then I'll give you the translation. Why do I speak it in Hebrew? I speak in Hebrew because that is the language of God. You ready? May Adunai bless you and keep you. Ye er Adonai Panavalcha Vikunakha. May Adunai make his face to shine upon you and show you his grace. May Adunai lift up his face toward you and give you shalom. Until next time. Shalom Bishem Yeshua. Peace in the name of Yeshua. And peace be upon you all. I look forward to seeing you live right here. Tomorrow morning, 7 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through 5. Shalom, shalom.
