The Garden and the Image-Bearers | Genesis: Foundations of Covenant and Redemption (Ep. 2)
What if Eden wasn’t just paradise lost—but paradise revealed? In this powerful episode, Dr. Shawn M. Greener, Follower of the Way, takes you deep into Genesis 2 to uncover God’s original blueprint for humanity.
From Eden as God’s sacred temple-garden, to humanity’s calling as priests and stewards, to the beauty of covenant partnership between man and woman, and the freedom of being “naked and unashamed”—this teaching explores what it truly means to live as God’s image-bearers.
Drawing from the insights of Dr. Michael Heiser, Dr. Skip Moen, and the Complete Jewish Study Bible, you’ll discover:
✅ Eden as the place of God’s presence and order
✅ Humanity’s priestly vocation to serve and guard creation
✅ The covenant boundaries that protect intimacy with God
✅ The true meaning of ezer kenegdo—woman as a powerful covenant partner
✅ Why Sabbath rest is Eden “once a week”
This is more than history; it’s your destiny. Step into the Garden and reclaim your covenant identity in Messiah.
