TRUE Word, Faith for LIFE!
TRUE Word, Faith for LIFE!
You have sat through Bible teaching that never changed a thing. Opinions dressed up as truth. Depth that needed a seminary degree to follow, or shallowness that asked nothing of you at all. This is not that. True Word, Faith for LIFE! walks the whole Bible in a year, in order, the way the story was actually told. I take the Hebrew and the Ancient Near Eastern world Scripture was born in and make it plain, so you see what the first hearers saw, then walk out knowing what to do with it today. No watering down. No insider language. Every episode lands on Yeshua, and every episode lands on your real life. If you're tired of confusion and ready to actually live your faith instead of just studying it, you belong here. The Bible in a Year: Walking the Story of God Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM Eastern, live Sundays, 6:30 PM Eastern, live The Book Find it in the STORE at the top of the site. This book was written for the person tired of religious pieces, tired of confusion, and ready for God's Word to make sense in real life. Walk this journey with me. Faith for LIFE. That runs about a third the length and leads with the punch instead of the handshake. One real tradeoff to call: I stripped the decorative emojis because they're most of what makes the current page read as generic. If you want the page to stay scannable for mobile, adding one functional icon back on the schedule and book headers is defensible. Losing the 🔥 and ⭐ is not. © 2026 Dr. Shawn M. Greener. (Verse 1)

In the silence of still waters, unseen things begin to stir,

A spark, a breath beneath the reeds, a song without a word.

From hidden depths a life takes form, so strange, so slow, so small,

A soul wrapped in a skin of clay, yet destined for the call.

(Verse 2)

It crawls through shadow, mud, and murk, unknown to wind or sky,

But time has written wings for it, and soon it learns to fly.

And just like that, the veil is torn—the water left behind,

It dances now on threads of air, delicate, divine.

(Chorus)

Oh, the fragile flight of life—so short, so bold, so bright,

We shimmer in the golden dusk, and vanish in the night.

But in this breath, this sacred now, there’s beauty to ignite,

So live, beloved, live in full—before we lose the light.

(Verse 3)

Each heartbeat is a mercy, each moment drips with grace,

A thousand chances every day to show the Father’s face.

Yet we rush and we forget, we bury what is dear,

But dragonflies still whisper what we’re aching so to hear.

(Bridge)

You were not made for drifting… you were born to rise and sing,

To stretch your wings through trials and storms, and feel the joy they bring.

You are not just passing through, you are written by His hand,

To love, to weep, to shine, to fall, and still in truth to stand.

(Chorus)

Oh, the fragile flight of life, so short, so bold, so bright,

We shimmer in the golden dusk, and vanish in the night.

But in this breath, this sacred now, there’s beauty to ignite,

So live, beloved, live in full, before we lose the light.

(Tag)

So if you see a dragonfly, don't rush, don't look away—

A sacred thing is speaking…

Live deeply while you may.
