I often say I am just a beggar who found Bread and now spends his life helping other hungry beggars find Him too. My story is not polished or simple. My halo, like yours, has dents. But every scar and every miracle has shaped the way I teach the Bible through the Hebraic worldview, the Ancient Near Eastern context, and the unchanging truth of God’s Word.

Abraham Heschel once wrote, “Something sacred hangs in the balance of every moment.” I believe that with my whole heart. I live like it. I teach like it. And I invite you to experience the Bible with the same reverence, depth, and expectancy.

My perspective has been shaped not only by academic training, but by survival. I lived through a fatal head-on collision at a combined speed of 143 miles per hour. I died. I reanimated. And by the grace of God, I walked away with a renewed calling: tell the truth, teach the Word, and help people live with faith that actually transforms their lives.

I have lived a real life, just like you. I have known pain, loss, failure, joy, hope, and redemption. I have my hurts, habits, and hang-ups too. I have not always been a theologian, but the God who met me in the wreckage now leads me in the joy of teaching His Word with honesty, clarity, and deep love for His people.

Along the way, I have learned things that I believe will help you walk more confidently with God. Think of it as butter for the gluten-free Bread. You may laugh here. You may snort. You may shed a few tears. But my prayer is that you encounter the Living God in these teachings and discover what it really means to walk with Faith for LIFE.

I am just a beggar who found Bread, helping other hungry beggars to find Him too. My life has certainly been complex and I and my halo has many dents. Heschel said; "Something Sacred hangs in the balance of every moment." I live like it. I teach like it.

As a person who survived a fatal 92 mph vs 51 mph head on crash, after dying and re-animating, and surviving several other brushes with death, my perspective is, let's say, unique. I haven't always been a theologian and I'm living REAL life, just like you... I have my hurts, habits and hangups too.

I've learned a few very important things along the way that I'm confident you'll find useful... butter for the Gluten free Bread so to speak.. Oh, you may chuckle or full on snort along the way, but you might also shed a few tears... Faith for LIFE... That's how it happens.
